Some companies offer lower prices only to make up for it with hidden shipping charges. At we believe the purchase process should be simple. That's why every product we sell ships for free! Many companies charge extra for shipping insurance, not at Shipping insurance is included with every order we ship.Not only is shipping free, its fast! has partnered with some of the quickest and most reliable companies in the industry.

At we make shipping easy and understandable. We ship to all 50 states in the USA. Our Standard shipping and delivery process is the following:


  • Our handling process normally takes 1-2 business days and the tracking information will be uploaded once the process is completed.
  • Actual shipping times can vary, typically between 1-4 business days after handling time.
  • Our shipping carriers are FedEx, FedEx Freight,  UPS or USPS.
  • Orders over 150 lbs ship via freight. If shipping to a residence this service will come standard with lift gate delivery. The freight company will call to confirm/schedule delivery.
  • We do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

At, our goal is to make sure customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

  • We will gladly investigate all return and refund requests that are made within the next 30 days of the product being delivered to the destination. Claims that are made after the 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer are non-refundable.
  • Please do not return the item without contacting Customer Support first.
  • For damaged, defective items or voluntary returns, we may require pictures in order to issue a return or refund. 
  • The return shipping charges for voluntary returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All return items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. If an item is not in sellable conditions, a refund will not be granted. 
  • All return packages must include the original packing slip, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • The return shipping must be via a traceable shipping method (USPS, FedEx or UPS) with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

      We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.

      In the unfortunate event that we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will provide a return shipping label.


      In the case of returns required due to damage during shipping, defective items, or receipt of incorrect items:

      Please examine the box and all contents for any signs of defective or damaged products immediately upon receipt of shipment. If possible, please inspect for damage at the time of delivery, refuse any packages that are damaged, and notify customer care. will replace any damaged or defective items that do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. Replacements and exchanges for items under warranty must be provided by the manufacturer. If you require assistance in utilizing the manufacturer’s warranty, please reach out to, we will be happy to assist.

      An order cannot be canceled once it has been submitted. Your order will be shipped and the tracking information will be sent by email 24 hours after it was processed.
